Areas of Specialism:
working over 28 years as a coach in the business arena, I have found the stresses that result from a difficult balance between work and home life are frequent and occasionally very hard to manage. Most of the clients in the business world have the same problems and difficulties in life that clients who present at private practices do. I have worked in private practice as a therapist for 17 years and I've worked with people who experience depression, anxiety, bereavement, difficulties with self image and self esteem, relationship troubles and break up, as well as those finding it hard to cope with dependence on alcohol.
For most people a confidential space to be able to say what they feel is deeply important. So to provide a safe and compassionate environment to explore the underpinning and presenting issues is my intention. I believe I am approachable and offer depth of understanding and life experience to create a professional relationship that begins to make sense for my clients of difficulties and discover ways to manage life with greater strength and purpose.
